My Background

My background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Muscle Activation Techniques Specialist (MATs) and Titleist Performance Institute Certified (Medical and Fitness Level II) make me uniquely qualified to address all aspects of the body related to the golf swing.

My military service in combat also qualifies me to understand how to perform successfully under extreme pressure at the highest level.

How does this program help my golf swing and golf game?

This program specifically teaches you effective body motion, balance and mind’s eye visualization that elevates your ability to use the golf club more skillfully resulting in better performance on the course.

How is this program different from golf fitness?

All techniques, exercises and drills are designed to specifically mimic the optimal body motion, balance and mind’s eye visualization required for a golf swing that can produce power, accuracy and consistency.  It improves golf performance by teaching a golfer the most important technique required that golf fitness cannot, ‘mind’s eye visualization’ of the body during the golf swing.

How fast do I notice changes in my Golf Game?

It varies based on individual talent, previous athletic and golf experience, practice of exercises and drills.  Most golfers experience a change after four lessons.

What if I have a golf pro/coach I work with on a regular basis?

Great! Continue to work with your golf coach/pro.  This program is designed to improve your ability to implement the golf skills your coach/pro are teaching you.

What if I suffer from an injury, e.g., low back pain?

What equipment do I need for each lesson?

A good internet connection, a tripod for a phone or tablet is best, enough space for the entire body to be seen in an address position or on an exercise mat, an exercise mat, a highly motivated attitude and open mind to learn new techniques.
